We do not offer financial aid for our non-credit training programs. If you need financial assistance, you may reach out to an outside education loan service, the local MassHire office, the local SNAP office, or other agencies that may provide funding. Some of our courses, such as CNA I and CNA II, do regularly qualify for funding.

All Workforce Development Center courses must be fully paid upon registration online. E-checks, credit card and debit card payments, and third party payers such as SNAP, MassHire, Veterans’ agencies, and the SEIU are accepted. We do not offer payment plans. We do not offer financial aid for our non-credit training programs. If a student withdraws prior to the start of class, a 100% refund will be given less handling fees. No refunds will be given once class begins. In the absence of a written third party contractual agreement stating otherwise, all refunds will be issued to the student. Credit card payments will be refunded directly to the credit card if processed within thirty days of the payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed. If you paid by credit/debit card more than 30 days ago, you will receive a refund via check.
If a Workforce Development Center course is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or, if the course has been rescheduled for a new date, you can apply the funds to the new course date.
Generally, books are not included with Workforce Development Center trainings. Information will be on the course website (see screenshot below) pertaining to required books, their ISBN number, and suggestions where to buy the books. Most WDC course books are available at the STCC Bookstore, located in the Ira H. Rubenzahl Student Learning Commons (B19).

Yes. You will immediately receive an email confirming your enrollment.
From 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, students must park in student parking lots and must have registered for a virtual parking permit. Please visit the STCC Parking website.
