Program Description
Our Workforce Development course provides a comprehensive training solution for food service professionals, offering ServSafe Food Handlers, Alcohol, and Managers Preparation courses. Equip yourself or team with essential skills and knowledge to excel in food safety and responsible service, ensuring compliance and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Upon successfully passing the ServSafe Certification Exams, participants will receive a ServSafe Certificates directly from the National Restaurant Association.
ServSafe Food Handlers Preparation Course
Join our comprehensive 16-hour ServSafe Food Handlers course, designed to equip food service employees with essential knowledge and skills to ensure food safety and sanitation in the workplace. This course covers critical topics such as proper food handling, personal hygiene, temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, and cleaning protocols. Through engaging instructional methods and interactive assessments, participants will learn to recognize and mitigate food safety risks, fostering a safer dining experience for all.
ServSafe Alcohol Preparation Course
Enhance your knowledge and skills with our 16-hour ServSafe Alcohol Training course, designed for anyone involved in the sale and service of alcohol in restaurants, bars, and other hospitality settings. This comprehensive program covers essential topics such as responsible alcohol service, recognizing signs of intoxication, understanding state and local laws, and implementing effective ID checks. ServSafe Managers Preparation Course
Elevate your food safety expertise with our 32-hour ServSafe Managers Training course, designed for professionals with at least six months of experience in the hospitality industry. This in-depth program prepares managers and supervisors to implement effective food safety practices and lead their teams in maintaining high standards. Participants will explore critical topics including food safety regulations, hazard analysis, employee training, sanitation practices, and emergency procedures. The course emphasizes the importance of creating a culture of safety within the workplace and equips managers with the tools needed to handle foodborne illness prevention and response.

- ServeSafe Managers Preparation Course requires 6 months of experience within the hospitality industry.

Morning Sections

Times: 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Afternoon Sections
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Times: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

- Review the Prerequisites/Requirements above.
- Click the Enroll Now button below.
- Click the "Select" button next to your desired section. A window appears.
- Click "Add Section to Cart". A success message appears.
- Repeat steps 3-4 to add any other desired sections to your cart.
- Click the "Next" button in the top right corner.
- Enter your personal information.
- Please note, the course is free, but you will need to select Visa Payment during the check-out process. You will not need to enter card information.
- Click the "Submit" button.
