MAT-063 - Foundations of Pre-College Algebra

This is a pre-college level lecture course in elementary algebra. Topics include solving linear and quadratic functions, operations with polynomials, factoring polynomials, solving quadratic equations by factoring, the quadratic formula, rational and radical expressions with applications and problem solving.

This is a developmental course. Credit for this course will not be counted toward fulfilling graduation requirements at STCC.

MAT-062 (minimum grade C-) or placement level MAT-063
