To our graduates: Congratulations on reaching this important milestone in your life! Over the past four years, you have persevered and worked diligently through difficult and unprecedented times, and are now prepared to move on to college, trade school, military service, or the workforce. COVID-19 presented many challenges, but your resilience, courage, and grit have led you to graduation and many possibilities await you in the future! We are proud of your accomplishments and excited to celebrate this remarkable achievement with you.
We hope your Gateway experience has helped you transition into not only the college environment but also that next chapter in your life, knowing that YOU can accomplish anything; if you did it before, you can do it again!

Student Speaker- Kiara Rosado
Kiara Rosado, Gateway’s student speaker, has a strong desire to learn and do well in her studies. During her time at Gateway, she developed great academic habits and utilized the resources and supports at STCC which helped her to earn excellent grades in her college courses.
Kai is hardworking and always willing to lend a helping hand to her peers. She has a spirit that uplifts, an easy smile, and a positive outlook. Most exceptional is her determination to accomplish a career goal she has had since she was nine years old. She wants to become a prosecuting attorney and bring justice to victims of crime. Her time at Gateway has helped to propel her toward this goal.
Kai is continuing her academic journey at STCC. We look forward to sharing the details about her continued success in the future.
