Emergency Guide - Noxious Odor

If you notice a noxious odor in your building/workspace:

  1. Remain calm.
  2. Call 911 to report the odor.
  3. The STCC Police and Springfield Fire Department will respond and check the area.
  4. If evacuation is warranted, you will be advised by the STCC Police and/or Springfield Fire Department.
  5. Do not re-enter the building/area until told it is all clear.
  6. Refer to Evacuation Procedures
