STCC Adult Learning Center to host ‘College for a Night’ program on Thursday

WHAT: Springfield Technical Community College Adult Learning Center to host “College for a Night” program
WHEN: Thursday, May 18, 2017, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

DETAILS: The STCC Adult Learning Center will host approximately 130 students and teachers from local Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) programs to experience their fourth annual “College for a Night.” The event, held on the STCC campus, will feature a variety of classes from across many disciplines at the college. For a majority of the participating students, “College for a Night” is their first time on a college campus. The goal of the program is to provide students with an eye-opening experience of the many academic and career options available at STCC.
