STCC Student Accounts Office - Tuition Refunds

Refunds are made only to those students who officially withdraw from class(s). In order to do this, a student must complete a withdrawal form, which is available from the Registrar's Office. The College will, thereupon, refund a portion of the student's tuition and fees according to the following schedule for each semester:

Spring 2010

Withdrawal during the first week of classes: January 25 - 31 – 100% (All Tuition and Fees)
Withdrawal during the second week of classes: February 1 - 7 – 75% (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
Withdrawal during the third week of classes: February 8 - 14 – 50% (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
Withdrawal after the third week of classes: – NO REFUNDS

SUMMER 2009 – SESSION 1: June 1, 2009 – July 2, 2009

Withdrawal through June 1st – 100% (All Tuition and Fees)
Withdrawal through June 2nd – 75% (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
Withdrawal through June 3rd – 50% (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
Withdrawal after June 3rd – NO REFUNDS

SUMMER 2009 – SESSION 2: July 6, 2009 – August 6, 2009

Withdrawal through July 6^th – 100% (All Tuition and Fees)
Withdrawal through July 7^th – 75% (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
Withdrawal through July 8^th – 50% (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
Withdrawal after July 8^th – NO REFUND

Fall 2009

Withdrawal during the first week of classes: September 8 - 14 – 100% (All Tuition and Fees)
Withdrawal during the second week of classes: September 15 - 21 – 75% (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
Withdrawal during the third week of classes: September 22 - 28 – 50% (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
Withdrawal after the third week of classes: – NO REFUNDS
