How to Enroll in an Online Course
The first step to enrolling for an online course is to register with the Registrar's Office or in WebAdvisor for the class.
How to Log onto an Online Course
- Your username and password will be mailed to you after you register for the class.
- Courses will be available for access for the Fall semester after 01/22/10.
- Link to the college Blackboard site. The address is http://stcc.blackboard.com/
- Login using your WebAdvisor username and your student ID# as your password.
- If you don't have your Webadvisor username you can follow this link to request it: https://www.stcc.edu/webadvisor/request_a_pin.asp
- Please note that the password for blackboard is your student ID number (no leading 0's) found on your Student ID card. Example ID# 0012345 is a password of 12345
- Access the course site and purchase your course materials
- Review the course syllabus
- Participate in the course as early as possible.
If your course is listed below you MUST purchase your book at the STCC Bookstore. An access code is included in the textbook and is specific to the STCC Distance Education Course site.
